(WNY News Now) – Olean – On September 10, 2024, at approximately 9:20 AM, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Robert G. Givan, 53, of Olean, New York. Givan was apprehended at 101 E State St, Olean, in connection with a Civil Arrest Warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court.
Following his arrest, Givan was brought before County Court Judge Ploetz. After a brief hearing, Givan was sentenced to a term of incarceration and subsequently transferred to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he remains in custody. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
