(WNY News Now) – Little Valley – On September 19, 2024, at approximately 5:02 a.m., Cattaraugus County Sheriff deputies responded to a report of a vehicle on the side of Route 353 in Little Valley, NY, where a woman was found slumped over the steering wheel. The driver, identified as Crystal M. Lore, 31, of Cattaraugus, NY, was taken into custody after a search revealed a variety of illegal drugs.
Lore was found to be in possession of suspected fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine, crack cocaine, hydrocodone, Xanax, methylphenidate, and various drug paraphernalia. Deputies on the scene arrested Lore and transported her to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
Following her arrest, Lore was issued an appearance ticket for multiple narcotics-related charges, including New York State Penal Law violations for drug possession (PL 220.06-1, 220.06-5, 220.03, among others), and various traffic infractions, including seat belt and signal violations. She is due to appear in the Town of Little Valley Court at a later date for further proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
