(WNY News Now) – Randolph – A 29-year-old Randolph woman was taken into custody early Sunday morning on an active bench warrant.
Cheyenne J. Lore, 29, of Napoli, NY, was arrested by Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Deputies on September 15, 2024, at 5:31 a.m. Lore was apprehended for an active bench warrant issued by the Town of Conewango Court.
The arrest occurred in Randolph, NY, and Lore was subsequently arraigned in Coldspring Town Court. Judge Johnson presided over the arraignment, during which Lore was released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in Conewango Town Court at a later date to address the warrant. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
