(WNY News Now) – Ellicott – On September 23rd at 3:30 PM, Thomas N. Dulak, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with burglary in the third degree and petit larceny following an incident at Wegmans in Ellicott. The Town of Ellicott Police responded to a complaint of shoplifting, where it is alleged that Dulak took merchandise from the store without paying.

Upon investigation, authorities discovered that Dulak had previously been trespassed from the store, raising concerns about his return and subsequent actions. As a result, he was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court to respond to the charges at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
