On Thursday, October 3, 2024, Dunkirk Police Department responded to a call about a disturbance at 27 W Lucas Ave, where a male was reportedly trying to force entry into an apartment. The suspect, identified as 23-year-old Manuel Eusebio Jr., allegedly broke down the lower apartment door amid an argument with the victim.

Upon arrival, officers found evidence consistent with the reported incident, leading to Eusebio Jr.’s arrest for Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, a Class A misdemeanor under New York State Penal Law (PL 145.00(1)).
