(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man faces serious charges following an alleged theft on the East Side on October 12, 2024.

Jamestown, N.Y. – On October 12, 2024, at approximately 8:15 PM, the Jamestown Police Department responded to a report of larceny at an East Side residence. The investigation identified 41-year-old Brandon L. Quattrone as the primary suspect in the incident.

According to police reports, Quattrone is accused of stealing personal items directly from the victim. Eyewitness accounts indicated that during the confrontation, Quattrone not only took property from the victim but also caused damage to the victim’s belongings and allegedly made threats against his life.

Officers quickly located Quattrone at the scene and took him into custody without incident. Following his arrest, he was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

After processing at the Jamestown City Jail, Quattrone was released on an appearance ticket, adhering to the New York State Bail Reform regulations. The case is set to be heard in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
