(WNY News Now) – A Westfield resident was arrested in Stockton on multiple charges after a late-night traffic stop revealed she was driving under the influence.
Stockton, N.Y. – On October 19, 2024, at approximately 8:36 p.m., the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to an incident in the Town of Stockton. Upon investigation, authorities determined that Shawna L. Mccallum, a 39-year-old woman from Westfield, NY, was operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Mccallum was subsequently arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), DWI per se, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. She will appear before the Stockton Town Court to answer for these charges at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
