(WNY News Now) – A domestic disturbance in Cattaraugus County led to the arrest of a 20-year-old man on multiple charges.
Cattaraugus, N.Y. – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Bret M. Hart, 20, of Leon, New York, following an investigation into a domestic disturbance reported on October 17, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. The incident occurred at a residence located at 11101 Eldridge Road in Cattaraugus.
Upon arrival, deputies found evidence supporting charges against Hart, who was taken into custody. He faces charges of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree under Penal Law 145.00(1) and Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree under Penal Law 240.30(1).
Hart was processed and released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Leon Town Court at a later date to address the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
