(WNY News Now) – Little Valley, NY — A man wanted on a bench warrant was apprehended Saturday after deputies located him hiding inside a residence on Route 353 in the Town of Little Valley.

Cory A. Foster, 35, was arrested at approximately 10:20 a.m. on December 7, 2024, after failing to appear for arraignment at the Town of Otto Court. The court had issued a warrant for his arrest. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court again at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
