(WNY News Now) – Little Valley, NY — A routine warrant execution on Route 353 in Little Valley on December 7, 2024, resulted in the arrest of Kristin P. Green, 30, of Mansfield, NY. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office carried out the operation at approximately 10:20 a.m., uncovering an active arrest warrant issued by the Town of Otto Court.
Green was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Town of Otto Court, where she was arraigned before Judge Dickenson. Following the arraignment, Green was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to address the charges under CPL 530.70. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
