(WNY News Now) – A search warrant executed in Great Valley uncovers methamphetamine, illegal drug paraphernalia, and a firearm, leading to multiple charges.
On December 17, 2024, at approximately 9:45 PM, law enforcement authorities executed a search warrant at 4228 Bear Hollow Road in the Town of Great Valley, resulting in the discovery of illegal narcotics and a firearm. The operation was led by the Southern Tier Regional Task Force (STRDTF), with assistance from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (CCSO SRT).
The investigation revealed that the residence was allegedly being used for the sale of illegal drugs. During the search, officers seized a quantity of suspected methamphetamine and a 30-30 rifle. Two individuals were taken into custody in connection with the findings.
David Dille, 51, of Great Valley, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th. Nathaniel Dubois II, 49, of Buffalo, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd.
Both suspects were arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court and remain in custody. The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be forthcoming. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
