(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 38-year-old Brian R. Bleau on December 8, 2024, at approximately 2:40 PM at the Erie County Holding Center. The arrest was made pursuant to multiple outstanding warrants issued by the Ashford Town Court.
Following his arrest, Bleau was arraigned in the Town of Yorkshire Court, where he was released on the warrants from the Town of Ashford. Immediately afterward, he was transferred into the custody of the Village of Arcade Police Department, facing additional warrants issued by the Village of Arcade Local Criminal Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
