“I am thrilled Hamburg is receiving these needed funds to help repair their Town Park facilities that were damaged as a result of Winter Storm Elliott,” said Congressman Nick Langworthy. “Winter Storm Elliott devasted communities across Western New York and the Southern Tier and I will continue to work non-stop with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle and with federal officials to get resources back to NY-23.”
According to FEMA the funds will be used to repair sever damage to the town park jetty, floating dock pilings, catch basin covers, and their driveway. This grant will ensure these needed repairs are made and eliminate a threat to health and safety of the public.
