(WNY News Now) – A domestic incident investigation in Jamestown led to the arrest of a 23-year-old man for violating a court-issued order of protection.

Jamestown, N.Y. – On January 17, 2025, at approximately 4:12 a.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd Platoon responded to an address on the city’s eastside to serve a probation warrant on Chase S. Pellerino, a 23-year-old Jamestown resident.

During the investigation, authorities determined that Pellerino was actively violating a stay-away order of protection involving the victim. He was promptly taken into custody and transported to the City Jail.

Pellerino has been charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree. He is currently being held at the jail, awaiting arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
