(WNY News Now) – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 34-year-old Olean resident early Tuesday morning on an active bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus Criminal Court.
Olean, NY — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Bethany L. Jackson, 34, at 12:19 a.m. on January 14, 2025. Jackson was taken into custody without incident after patrol officers executed a bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus Criminal Court.
Following her arrest, Jackson was transported directly to the Cattaraugus County Jail under a direct deposit auto-remand order. She remains in custody while awaiting further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
