(WNY News Now) – Samantha R. Ditcher, 26, of Great Valley, NY, was arrested on January 19, 2025, for two active probation violation warrants.
On the early morning of January 19, 2025, at approximately 12:15 a.m., the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office took 26-year-old Samantha R. Ditcher of Great Valley, NY, into custody. Ditcher was found at her residence on School Street, where deputies discovered two active probation violation warrants issued for her arrest.
Ditcher was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail and is being held pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
