(WNY News Now) – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 38-year-old Arcade man on a bench warrant at a Springville convenience store on January 5, 2025.
On January 5, 2025, at approximately 5:53 p.m., deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Brian R. Bleau, 38, of Arcade, at the Country Fair convenience store in Springville. The arrest was based on a bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Following his arrest, Bleau was transported to the Town of Ashford for arraignment, where he accepted a deal and was subsequently released pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
