(WNY News Now) – Arcade, NY – Anna L. Holland, 38, of Arcade, NY, pleaded guilty to several charges, including rape and child endangerment, in a hearing before Honorable Donald G. O’Geen on Friday, January 24. The charges stem from incidents that occurred in the summer of 2024.

Holland pleaded guilty to one count of Rape in the Third Degree, seven counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and five counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree. These offenses are related to her actions involving minors under the age of 17.

The defendant’s guilty plea was made unconditionally, meaning there was no plea agreement or sentence promise from the District Attorney. The charges carry a maximum sentence of up to four years in New York State prison, followed by ten years of post-release supervision.

According to court records, Holland admitted to engaging in sexual intercourse with a child in the summer of 2024. In addition to this charge, she also confessed to providing alcohol to multiple children under the age of 17.

Following the guilty plea, sentencing was adjourned until April 10, 2025. Holland, who had been out on bail prior to the hearing, was released to the pre-trial release program.

Holland was arrested by the Arcade Police Department on August 23, 2024, following an investigation into the reported incidents. The case was prosecuted by First Assistant District Attorney Chelsie Hamilton.









The maximum sentence under the indictment for the offenses Holland pleaded guilty to is four years in prison, along with ten years of post-release supervision.
