(WNY News Now) – GREAT VALLEY, N.Y. – A Great Valley man was taken into custody following a domestic incident late Saturday night, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a reported physical domestic dispute at a North Authority address in Great Valley on January 25, 2025, at approximately 11:41 p.m. Following an investigation, authorities arrested Jarrod Patterson, 33, at 12:49 a.m. on January 26.
Patterson was processed and arraigned in the Town of Little Valley Court, where a Refrain From Order of Protection was issued. He was subsequently released with a scheduled court appearance at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
