(WNY News Now) – OLEAN, NY – A Cattaraugus County woman was taken into custody on a bench warrant Wednesday morning.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, Courtney L. Brown, 30, was arrested at approximately 11:45 a.m. on January 29, 2025, at 515 Main Street in Olean. Authorities confirmed that Brown was wanted on a direct deposit bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court.
Following her arrest, Brown was processed and transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where she is being held pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
