(WNY News Now) – BUFFALO, N.Y. — The National Weather Service (NWS) in Buffalo has issued a Wind Advisory effective from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST on Wednesday, March 5, for Chautauqua and Southern Erie Counties.
