(WNY News Now) – ELLERY, N.Y. – A Jamestown woman was arrested following an altercation in the Town of Ellery on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a reported dispute on Maple Springs Ellery Road around 2:00 p.m. on March 4, 2025. Following an investigation, authorities determined that Tabitha J. Dellahoy, 36, had allegedly made unwanted physical contact with another individual and caused property damage.
Dellahoy was taken into custody and charged with Harassment in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. She was transported to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for processing before being taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
