(WNY News Now) – BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police Department announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with the double homicide that occurred on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, on St. Louis Place.

Authorities responded to a call at approximately 4:20 a.m. on March 4, where they discovered two deceased individuals inside a residence. The Erie County Medical Examiner later determined that both victims had died from blunt force trauma.

Following an extensive investigation, Buffalo Police arrested Bryan Chiclana, 34, of no permanent address, on Friday, March 7, after he was medically discharged from Erie County Medical Center (ECMC). Chiclana faces charges including one count of first-degree murder (NYS PL 125.27-1A-VIII) and two counts of second-degree murder (NYS PL 125.25-1), both classified as felonies.

The victims were identified as 37-year-old Jordan Celotto and 40-year-old Michael Harmon. Detectives worked diligently to gather key evidence that contributed to the arrest and will continue to assist in the prosecution of the case.

The Buffalo Police Department urges anyone with additional information to contact their homicide unit.

As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
