(WNY News Now) – CUBA, N.Y. – A Cuba resident was taken into custody early Monday morning on an active arrest warrant issued by the Niagara Falls Police Department, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities apprehended Thomas R. Childs, 38, at his residence on Ford Miles Road around 12:23 a.m. on March 10, 2025. Deputies confirmed Childs had an outstanding warrant and transported him to Orchard Park, where he was turned over to Niagara Falls Police for further processing.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
