(WNY News Now) – SPRINGVILLE, NY – A Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office patrol took Tiffany M. Roberts, 38, of Delevan, NY, into custody on the evening of March 19 after she turned herself in to deputies on an active felony bench warrant.
Roberts was wanted by Franklinville Town Court and was subsequently transported to Ellicottville Town Court for arraignment. Following the hearing, she was released on her own recognizance.
She is scheduled to appear in Franklinville Town Court in April 2025 to address the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
