(WNY News Now) – FRANKLINVILLE, N.Y. — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a Franklinville woman on a probation violation warrant.
According to Sheriff Eric A. Butler, deputies took Tyona J. Forward, 28, into custody on March 22, 2025, at approximately 6:21 p.m. Forward was arraigned in Franklinville Town Court and subsequently remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail.
She is scheduled to appear in court at a later date for further proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
