(WNY News Now) – Autumn M. White, 29, was arrested in Salamanca on March 22, 2025, after deputies executed a warrant, uncovering an active bench warrant from the Town of Allegany Court.
Salamanca, N.Y. – On March 22, 2025, at approximately 3:42 p.m., deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Autumn M. White, 29, of Salamanca, New York, following an attempted warrant execution on Erie Street in the Town of Salamanca.
During the investigation, authorities determined that White had an active bench warrant issued by the Town of Allegany Court. White was promptly taken into custody and transported to a secure location. From there, custody was transferred to the New York State Police (NYSP) in Olean for further court proceedings.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
