(WNY News Now) – A 29-year-old woman from East Otto was arrested on multiple drug charges after deputies investigated a larceny complaint at Crosby’s in Little Valley on March 25, 2025.
On the evening of March 25, 2025, at approximately 9:12 p.m., deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a larceny at Crosby’s in Little Valley. During the investigation, authorities arrested Pearl N. Guerin, 29, of East Otto, after a search of her vehicle uncovered significant quantities of illegal substances and drug paraphernalia.
Guerin was charged with Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree (a Class A Misdemeanor) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell in the 3rd degree (a Class B Felony). Deputies found Guerin in possession of suspected Fentanyl, Cocaine, Suboxone, scales, and packaging materials commonly used for drug distribution.
Following her arrest, Guerin was processed and brought before the Little Valley Court. She was subsequently released after the court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
