(WNY News Now) – FRENCH CREEK, NY – A Clymer man was arrested early Saturday morning on multiple charges, including Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), following a traffic stop in the Town of French Creek.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped a vehicle on Brownell Road at approximately 12:37 a.m. on March 29, 2025. The driver, identified as Jonathan E. Hulett, 25, of Clymer, NY, was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Further investigation revealed additional violations, including Failure to Keep Right, Improper Plates, Inadequate/No Muffler, and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. Hulett was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
He is scheduled to appear in Mina Town Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
