(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, NY – A Jamestown resident was taken into custody following a domestic dispute on the city’s west side.

Jamestown, N.Y. – On March 29, 2025, at approximately 7:19 p.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s Second Platoon responded to a residence for a reported domestic incident. Following an investigation, authorities determined that Nathan E. Manhart, 40, had damaged the victim’s property.

Manhart was arrested and transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court on a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
