(WNY News Now) – Randolph, NY – A Randolph man, Jordan D. Spry, 35, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Spry was taken into custody on the afternoon of April 4, 2025, at approximately 2:35 PM. The arrest followed a detailed investigation into the incident, which has not been disclosed further by authorities.

Following his arrest, Spry appeared before the Randolph Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to court for a future appearance. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
