(WNY News Now) – A 29-year-old Salamanca woman was arrested on an active felony bench warrant early Saturday morning and transferred to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department.

Salamanca, N.Y. – On April 5, 2025, at approximately 5:14 a.m., the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office executed an arrest in Salamanca, New York, leading to the capture of 29-year-old Autumn M. White. Authorities located White at a residence on Erie Street in the Town of Salamanca, where she was apprehended on an active felony bench warrant stemming from a previous drug-related arrest.

Following her arrest, White was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing. She was then brought before the Town of Napoli Court for an arraignment. After being arraigned, White was released under supervision, in accordance with court proceedings.

The arrest also involved an additional warrant from the Lakewood-Busti Police Department. After completing local processing, White was transferred to Falconer, where she was handed over to Lakewood-Busti Police for further handling related to their outstanding warrant.

As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
