(WNY News Now) – Tristan I. Eisenhart faces charges following a domestic dispute on April 8, 2025, that led to criminal mischief and unlawful imprisonment accusations.
Jamestown, N.Y. – On April 8, 2025, at approximately 10:12 PM, Jamestown Police responded to a southside residence for a reported domestic dispute. Officers made contact with Tristan I. Eisenhart, a local resident, and a female victim.
During their investigation, officers determined that Eisenhart had physically restrained the victim in a bedroom during the heated argument and caused damage to property belonging to the victim.
As a result, Eisenhart was arrested and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. He was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree.
Eisenhart is currently being held in custody and will be arraigned at the Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
