(WNY News Now) – A Falconer man was arrested on April 5th after allegedly threatening an employee during a disturbance at a local business.
On April 5th, Kyle S. Shaw, 34, of Falconer, was arrested and charged with harassment in the second degree following an incident in which he allegedly became disorderly and physically threatened an employee at a local business in Falconer.
The Town of Ellicott Police responded to a call reporting a disorderly person. Upon arrival, officers determined that Shaw had engaged in an altercation, physically threatening the employee. Shaw was promptly taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment.
Shaw is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to address the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
