(WNY News Now) – A 42-year-old Coldspring resident was arrested by Cattaraugus County deputies on a bench warrant issued by Salamanca City Court.

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Jordan L. John, 42, of Coldspring, New York, on Tuesday, April 9, 2025, at approximately 9:17 p.m.

Deputies took John into custody at a residence on South Loop Road in the Town of Coldspring after confirming an active bench warrant issued by Salamanca City Court.

Following his arrest, John was transported to the Salamanca Police Department, where he was processed and issued an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Salamanca City Court later this week. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
