(WNY News Now) – A 22-year-old Leon resident faces a trespass charge after allegedly returning to a property he was told to leave.

LEON, NY – On Wednesday, April 17, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Nakoa Ray, 22, of Leon, was charged with trespass following an incident on Route 62 in the Town of Leon.

According to authorities, Ray had been instructed to leave a privately owned property. However, shortly after departing, he allegedly returned to the same location without permission. Law enforcement responded and charged Ray with trespass in connection with the incident.

Ray was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Leon Court at a later date to answer the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
