(WNY News Now) – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Napoli resident wanted on a felony bench warrant following a location check in Salamanca.
SALAMANCA, NY — On Saturday, April 19, 2025, at approximately 4:20 p.m., deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office took Jessie J. Fuller, 41, of Napoli, into custody at a residence in the Town of Salamanca.
According to authorities, Fuller was wanted on an active felony bench warrant issued by the New York State Police in Machias. Deputies located Fuller during a patrol operation and confirmed the outstanding warrant before making the arrest.
Following his apprehension, Fuller was transferred into the custody of New York State Police at SP Machias for arraignment proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
