(WNY News Now) – A 51-year-old Salamanca resident was arrested on a bench warrant.

SALAMANCA — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Keith Spruce, 51, of Salamanca, on an active bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court.

On May 1, 2025, around 11:30 a.m., officers from the Salamanca Police Department located Spruce at 1 Barrett Drive in Salamanca. He was taken into custody without incident and transferred to the custody of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Spruce was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is currently being held. He is expected to appear in Cattaraugus County Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
