(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 21-year-old Cuba resident on multiple felony warrants on Friday afternoon.
ISCHUA, NY — On May 2, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kyle M. Gann, 21, of Cuba, NY, at a residence located on Depot Street in the Town of Ischua.
According to a press release from Sheriff Eric A. Butler, Gann was taken into custody without incident on multiple felony warrants that had been issued by the Town of Cuba Local Criminal Court. Following his arrest, Gann was transferred to the custody of the Town of Cuba Police Department for further processing.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
