(WNY News Now) – Jerome F. Sullivan II was taken into custody by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office after repeatedly entering a Walmart he was banned from.
ALLEGANY, N.Y. — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Jerome F. Sullivan II of Olean on April 29 at 2:57 p.m. following multiple incidents of trespassing at Walmart on Plaza Drive.
Authorities report that Sullivan entered the Walmart store three times during April 2025 despite a property ban issued in October 2024. After an investigation, deputies charged Sullivan with three counts of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree.
Sullivan was arraigned and entered guilty pleas to all charges. He was released on the trespass counts but remains in custody at the Cattaraugus County Jail due to a separate outstanding warrant from Pennsylvania. He will be held pending extradition proceedings.
