(WNY News Now) – A 19-year-old Jamestown resident was arrested late Friday night after police responded to a domestic incident on the city’s north side.

JAMESTOWN, NY — On May 9, 2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department were dispatched to a residence on the city’s north side following a report of an unwanted person.

Upon arrival, police investigated the situation and determined that a domestic incident had occurred involving 19-year-old Jamestown resident Brock Miceli. According to authorities, Miceli allegedly restrained the victim, holding them down and preventing them from leaving the premises.

Miceli was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. He has been charged with Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree, a Class A misdemeanor under New York State law.

He is currently being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
