(WNY News Now) – A 36-year-old Olean woman was taken into custody by Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies on a felony bench warrant Sunday morning.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of Sybil D. Davis, 36, of Olean, on the morning of Saturday, May 11, 2025. The arrest occurred at approximately 8:27 a.m. on East State Street in Olean.
Davis was taken into custody without incident on the basis of a felony bench warrant. Details surrounding the underlying charge or the nature of the warrant were not disclosed by authorities.
Following her arrest, Davis was held in custody. No further information regarding bail, arraignment, or court proceedings was immediately available. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
