(WNY News Now) – Shaun M. Cook, 47, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint at a West Ellicott retail store on April 24, 2025.
West Ellicott, N.Y. – The Town of Ellicott Police responded to a shoplifting report on April 24, 2025, at approximately 2:36 PM. Officers allege that Shaun M. Cook removed merchandise from a retail store in West Ellicott without paying.
Cook was charged with petit larceny and issued an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to address the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
