(WNY News Now) – On May 16, 2025, a motor vehicle accident with injuries occurred on Rt 83 in the Town of Arkwright, resulting in two individuals being hospitalized.
At approximately 9:42 p.m. on May 16, deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle crash on Route 83 in Arkwright. The accident involved one vehicle with two occupants: the driver and a passenger.
Both individuals sustained injuries and were transported by emergency medical services to Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) in Buffalo for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
The circumstances leading to the crash remain under investigation by local authorities. No additional details, including charges or citations, have been released at this time.
