(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man is facing multiple charges after allegedly entering a residence without permission, causing damage and defecating in one of the rooms.
JAMESTOWN – On May 30, 2025, at approximately 12:16 p.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 1st Platoon responded to a trespassing complaint on the city’s south side.
Upon arrival, officers located 28-year-old Dominic J. Santiago, a Jamestown resident, sitting on the front porch of the reported property. Further investigation revealed that Santiago had unlawfully entered the residence without the homeowner’s permission.
While inside, Santiago reportedly caused property damage and defecated in one of the rooms. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
Santiago has been charged with Burglary in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, and Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree. He is currently being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
