(WNY News Now) – Jamestown Police arrested Andre M. Maple and Alexsandria L. Ramos early Monday morning after a domestic dispute involving violations of stay-away orders.
On June 2, 2025, at approximately 1:16 a.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s third platoon responded to a 911 hang-up call at a residence on the West Side of Jamestown. Upon arrival, police investigated a domestic dispute involving two individuals with active stay-away orders of protection.
Authorities determined that Andre M. Maple, 21, was knocking on the door of a protected party despite a stay-away order prohibiting contact. Maple reportedly left the scene before officers arrived. During their investigation, officers observed 20-year-old Alexsandria L. Ramos make a phone call to an individual against whom she has a stay-away order.
Jamestown police located Maple shortly after and took him into custody. Ramos was also arrested at the scene. Both were charged with second-degree criminal contempt and transported to Jamestown City Jail. They are being held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
