(WNY News Now) – On June 5, 2025, Jamestown Police arrested 34-year-old Dylan S. Griffith for violating an active order of protection during a domestic incident on the city’s East Side.
Jamestown, NY — Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon responded to a domestic incident at approximately 7:31 p.m. on June 5, 2025, in the East Side neighborhood. Upon arrival, investigators found Dylan S. Griffith inside the residence of the protected party.
Griffith, a 34-year-old resident of Jamestown, was subject to an active order of protection prohibiting contact with the victim. As a result, he was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.
Following his arrest, Griffith was transported to Jamestown City Jail, where he remains held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
