(WNY News Now) – On June 10, 2025, Jamestown Police arrested Natanion B.D. Klein, 26, following a report of two toddlers found walking unsupervised in the street, prompting charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
Jamestown Police Department responded to a Southside neighborhood at approximately 5:27 p.m. on June 10 after bystanders reported two young children wandering in the middle of the street. The toddlers were nearly struck by a passing vehicle before being safely located by concerned witnesses.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with witnesses who had intervened and subsequently identified the children’s father, Natanion B.D. Klein, a 26-year-old resident of Jamestown. Investigations revealed the children had left the residence unattended and were missing for over 20 minutes before Klein attempted to find them.
Klein was taken into custody without incident and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He remains held at the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
