(WNY News Now) – Samuel S. Alaimo, 49, of Cassadaga, faces multiple charges following an investigation into a June 6th incident at a Village of Cassadaga business.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY — On June 6, 2025, at approximately 9:23 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report regarding an incident at a business in the Village of Cassadaga. Following a thorough investigation, Samuel S. Alaimo, 49, a local resident, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree, and Trespass.

The charges stem from actions alleged to have occurred at the business property. Deputies issued appearance tickets to Alaimo, who is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
