(WNY News Now) – On June 12, 2025, Tammy S. Oldro, 51, of Jamestown, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after a domestic incident on the city’s North Side.
JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — The Jamestown Police Department responded to a domestic incident report on the North Side of Jamestown on June 12, 2025, at approximately 8:20 p.m. Officers from the department’s Second Platoon investigated the scene and determined that Tammy S. Oldro, 51, caused damage to property during the incident.
Following the investigation, Oldro was taken into custody without further incident. She was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and is currently being held pending her arraignment in Jamestown City Court on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
